We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aksara Heritage. Located in the historic area. The facilities are comfortable and clean and the staff is exceptional! Helpful and friendly with every question or request. We would definitely stay there again.

Aksara is a beautiful property excellently located in the "Old City." It is walkable to many nearby attractions. The room was spotless and spacious. The grounds and pool areas nicely landscaped and relaxing. We had a great time.

Love this little hotel with great character. The decoration is tasteful, the breakfast is one of the most delish I have had, and the staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. Location wise it is close to one of the gates in the old city, and the Sunday market is right on the street in front of hotel. Can’t be more convenient than that!

A truly delightful hotel and awesome property. The rooms are a great size, huge bathrooms and tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds. The staff is phenomenally helpful to anticipate and meet your every need. The food is outstanding. Truly an excellent experience. I highly recommend.

an Oasis of calm from the hecticness of chiangmai. Loved the decor and the vibe the space provides. Staff are extremely nice and attentive. Beer served was not cold :-( but other than that great place to stay for your holiday.

Great staff, nice pool garden area. The room needs a full length mirror and cupboard space, two weeks living out of your suitcase is a pain. Breakfast is just ok, catered more for the Asian taste than Western but I understand why.

Quieter than they deserve for obvious reasons, although understandably popular with holidaying Thais at the weekend. Excellent breakfast buffet. A special mention to their receptionist, Kansiri, for regular and v helpful communications during the booking process.

Stay here! We were skeptical due to lack of reviews but this place is amazing. Staff is great, breakfast is solid, rooms are lovely. Luxury at a price that can’t be beat. The pool was really nice—heated saltwater—with a bar that had really tasty mixed drinks. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Very charming hotel in the old town of Chiangmai
This boutique hotel in Chiangmai old town is excellent in more ways than one. It’s a stylish building with well decorated public areas and spacious, comfortable rooms. Their staff are very friendly and helpful.
