Lovely hosts, and our stay was good. There was some kind of leak in the bathroom so there was a wet floor in there for our whole stay, which was not great. Lovely area though.

Great option for comfortable and convenient, peaceful, and hassle-free accommodation in a relatively quiet part of the Nimmanhaemin area!
Auntie Tanyaa and Uncle Goong are both very friendly and super helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended guesthouse!! I look forward to returning and making this my new “home away from home” in Chiang Mai!
Note: no fridge in the rooms, but guests are welcome to share the big fridge downstairs
