First of all, we are very sorry to hear that you were not happy to be with us. please understanding us We’re small boutique and our theme is the village that is mean many houses are situated in the same area its look like Mae kampong village in Sankampaeng and all village in Thailand. Regarding old bathroom.The bathroom isn’t old and dirty due to this is the new building that we’re opening in November 2013. Its look old by the material that we used such as the bathtubs were made from white marble after 03 years the color of marble has been changed this is our style is remain of original Lanna style materials and facilities are unique and the real original as the same 30 years ago. Some of these are make you feel it old but this is the story and history that we would like to tell our guests . Anyway, if you don’t like this room why you don’t ask our front desk staffs to change the room our front desk is available 24 hours and in this date we are not 100% occupied! The breakfast we serve breakfast beside the pool. We serve varieties menus , Thai ,Chinese or European. Its depends on the date that our chef will arrange by check guests nationality day by day. Regrading double bed in Thailand is mean King or Queen bed , if you would like to stay in 02 beds you must request 02 single beds or twin beds ! -Extra duvet ,please understand us for this reason that we have to charge if you need for the other one due to we will prepare 01 duvet for 01 room that enough.This is our policy safe the world and we don't have this problem about request for extra duvet since 09 years that we've opened.
