Feels like family. Great!!
The staff is amazing. They are so kind and caring and helpful. I felt like I was staying with family. I was not expecting this level of care at such a budget price. The room, bed, bathroom, windows, all what you would expect, and the descriptions are accurate, but the level of service and care from the staff makes this a really special place. They will help you with anything you need, including helping you plan your vacation.

My only complaint and I think it's a big one. I wouldn't come back unless they get new beds. I'm not kidding these beds are like sleeping on lumpy springs. My back hurts and every couple hours I have to get up just to relieve the pain. This is the worst bed I have slept on in a hotel. Every thing else is great.

Good value for money would be happy to stay there
We were there in rainy season and it rained most of the time but this hotel is right next to night bazaar and that is covered over Hotel had a kettle and cups big clean beds I slept well staff were friendly no restaurant for breakfast but loads of places close by

Location is good
The location is good, right inside a big night market. Some of the staff was always available and very kind. I was given a room w/ many problems - noisy, no privacy as it had a door to the side room, the window did not open, and in the bathroom there was water leaking all over. The second day they gave me an 'ok' room. The hotel needs maintenance.

Great location, but hotel needs a refurbishment
Dissappointed with our short stay here. Hotel is tired and in desperate need of a makeover. Beds are rock hard, leaving us both in discomfort. Rooms are clean and sizeable and shower is adequate.

Our stay here was just ok, staff were helpful and friendly but beds were like sleeping on floor, pillows under covers terrible but staff did change to newer ones, bathroom need lot of attention not the cleanest and shower no water pressure etc never seen set up like this terrible , pool was small but pool clean and area ok, refreshing non the less. Breakfast good as they cooked fresh if required. Hotel handy too markets and main areas, tours available from hotel.

Staff were amazing. Especially when my friend lost her purse and passport. They went out of their way to help. Bedrooms were nice but the bathroom could do with an update.

Centrally Located Hotel and Helpful Staff
The hotel is centrally located with Anusarn Night Market just a stone's throw away. There is a plethora of eateries serving Thai food, western food, as well as fast-food outlets like Burger King and McDonald's, and cafes like Starbucks all within a 5-10 minute radius. Slightly farther is Pantip Plaza which houses a Big C supermarket, Watson's, KFC, a shabu-shabu restaurant, computer shops, beauty salon and massage, etc. At night, the whole area comes alive with roadside stalls selling all manner of items. Tuk-tuks and songthaews can be hailed from the main road. A leisurely 30-minute walk takes you to Warorot Market. While the hotel room is generally clean and spacious (mine was a deluxe room on the 3rd floor), the bed and pillows are slightly hard and toiletries provided are very basic - only two bars of soap. It was also a tad noisy at night as I could hear the live music emanating from the Anusarn Night Market below. The buffet breakfast was limited but adequate. Arguably, the hotel's best asset is its staff. The counter staff (I was attended to by a gentleman whose name begins with 'W'), though rather gruff at first, turned out to be helpful in giving recommendations and helping me book tours through Journey. The bellboy Kritsada would always greet me cheerfully and he even offered to take photos of me at the lobby. I was charmed by their hospitality and it made my stay all the more memorable.

An excellent hotel
A wonderful place to stay with my family especially with two young kids, they love spa in their room, and good location, it is very close to night markets and Main Street. Staff are excellent and friendly they even brought us umbrellas when we walked out and found it was rain.

Boutique hotel next to markets
Perfect spot and absolutely great value. Nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Step outside and you’re in the night markets and close to some great going out spots. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasant stay in every respect...good location at the Night Bazaar area and super friendly and attentive staff. The American breakfast was worth the price and one of the best in town. Overall, a small facility but for the price, one of my go to places when visiting Chiang Mai.

Really nice boutique hotel close to all amenities. Staff very friendly and rooms spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable more than many other places. Tv good for both English and Thai. Only one drawback, the shower curtain could be a bit longer to avoid the whole bathroom floor from getting wet. A pet hate of mine. Otherwise would recommend to anyone wanting a pleasant experience.

Great location
Great location into the night bazaar, but at first to very easy to find it by the taxi driver. Room very basic maybe needs to be refurbished but the helpful staff tried to accommodate everything I asked for for instance some coffee as there is a kattle but not tea/coffee available. Very good quality/price. Staff is very friendly and really they do their best for accommodating your request.

given the price and the location, this is our favorite place to stay in the Night Market area. We've stayed a few times. Staff is wonderful...the internet works (not something one can assume at many hotels). It's our home of choice in the area.

So the bad.....first, our room smelled like sewer or gross oublic bathrooms the whole time. We had to keep the door to the bathroom closed the whole time so the rest of the room didn’t smell too bad. They need to do something with their plumbing. Second, and the reason for bad grading. We asked the receptionist to order us a taxi to the airport for our checkout day and she informed us it would cost us 150 baht. On the day of our departure we got picked up by a really nice old man and he told us that the girl working I the reception is his daughter. So it gets upsetting when we get to the airport and he demands 200 baht. This wouldn’t be a huge problem but this was our last few hours in Thailand and we had spent all of our baht, minus what we were quoted for a taxi by his daughter. All I had was $10 USD and 150 baht and he said dollars were okay so he took BOTH the $10 USD AND 150 baht which totals out to about $15USD, not the original $5 USD we were quoted by his daugher, who’s also the hotel staff that “hooked us up” with this nice deal. To the travelers, I don’t recommend this hotel based on the sewer smell in the room and faulty taxi advertising. To the hotel (I hope you read this) please fix the gross smell and maybe have better taxi service or at least coordinate wth the driver before you tell your guests the price. Besides the lady that set us up with her fathers taxi service, other hotel staff were very nice and helpful during our stay.

Very nice hotel, with awesome staff and location
staff was really great, and location was great, 1 minute from night bazzar and few minutes from everywhere. the only 3 things that prevent them getting 5 stars from us is: 1) There was a smell of sewage, very bad smell from the toilets room. 2) The bad was hard, but its like most of the hotels in this price in thailand (same as in Phuket). 3) We've added 1 more day and they wanted more money then we paid for the 5 days. But eventually, this place is worth the money because of the location, cleanliness and staff.

they've made changes...some of which are good.
our room was affordable and the location is amazing. I don't like the changes at breakfast from a small buffet to something you order from a few selections on the menu...took time. The pillows and mattress are like rocks...the shower is tiny and there isn't really running hot water (there's a small heater for the shower).

The only plus was the friendly staff.
-cockroaches all over the room -no hot water -we rented the room for three people and there was only two real beds in the room. The staff was helpful to provide us with the third mattress but not comfortable at all. -almost the worst breakfast We had in South East Asia -very noisy at night and early in the mornings

Great location to the night bazaar!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time and stay. Could not have asked for a better location to both food, shopping, and access to transportation around the city. The rooms are nice, the only negative is that the beds are extremely hard. Breakfast in the morning was enjoyable and we were able to see the differences between a tie breakfast to an American breakfast. The hotel staff was amazing and we would definitely stay in this hotel again, should we visit the country again.

Amazing and wonderful Boutique hotel.
Amazing boutique hotel right in the night bazaar location. Everything is within walking distance, and the Hotel staff is so helpful. Very good English is spoken at the hotel. Wonderful food, shopping, massage, and lady boy cabaret are right within walking distance. I stayed here with my good friend, but I would not hesitate to bring my husband and teenage daughter here also. All around wonderful hotel!

Friendly staff and great location
We knew this was a Thai 3* so we got what we expected. They take great care of the hotel and the cleanliness is perfect. The hotel is a little shabby but I think when you book a 3 star you should expect this. However they are renovating it and it’s starting to look better in some areas. The location is great right next to the night markets and we couldn’t fault the staff in any way. So nice and helpful. I would go back.

good location for night shopping.
Room is quite runs down ,toilet is with foul smell ,and wash basin has minor leak. Breakfast was quite good ,lobby is nice ,staff are friendly too. Was charged for 100 B for a broken coffee saucer . Hotel was under renovation hope it will improve all negative effects. Very good location for night shopping etc. will recommend to friends only if room conditions has improved.

Great hotel right next to market
I would highly recommend this boutique hotel, even though it is a bit older and not fancy. The location is well worth the trade off. I loved that we had a king size bed but it was a bit hard for my liking. I couldn't believe that the market was literally right outside of our door, yet the hotel was very quiet. I would recommend they add some American options to the breakfast buffet; just cold cereal or oatmeal. Rice and a green salad are not morning meals for me. Love the evening desk man. He was pleasant and helpful.
