เป็นอพาร์ทเมนต์แย่งห้องให้เช่ารายวัน ทำเลดีมาก เข้าซอยตรง ร.พ.ศรีพัฒน์ ใกล้แหล่งกิน ห้องจ ะเก่าๆหน่อย เหมือนอยู่หอพัก แอร์เย็น ตูเย็นดี แต่โทรทัศน์ เปิดช่องต่างๆดูไม่ได้ แต่ไม่ได้ซีเรียส เน้นถูกและนอนสบาย มีแชมพู สบู่เหลวให้ ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่าหน่อย รับได้ตามราคา
