Staff were welcoming and friendly from the outset. The room was lovely and clean with a gorgeous outlook and the beds were really comfortable. So many options for breakfast - it was hard to choose. There were also plenty of dining options nearby and you could easily walk to many key sites.

Hotel is in a very excellent location - walkable around almost all of the old town. If you’re there on a Sunday (and you should try to be!) the night market is very close by (so close we couldn’t be dropped right at our hotel by our airport taxi! Not a huge problem. Was a very short walk from the night market gate). Room was huge and had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Other reviews had mentioned the floors could be slippery which I thought was a strange comment but they weren’t lying! If you have socks on it’s easy to slip so if you have mobility issues or travelling with elderly companions perhaps keep this in mind. (In bare feet not a problem. The floors are lovely and clean just slick!). Staff at the front desk was great. Breakfast was ok but our last morning we went down the street to a cafe as we were a bit bored. Had an amazing meal there. Chiang Ma has no shortage of great places for coffee and brunch!
