"This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful."

"Ich war in Chiang Rai und wollte ein Hotel nƤhe Stadtmitte. Das Hotel wurde mir mit 400m zur Stadtmitte angezeigt. Ich buchte und verstand erst spƤter dass mir ein Hotel in Chan Saen angedreht wurde, das kein Stadtteil von Chiang Rai ist sondern 40km entfernt liegt. Eine sofortige Stornierung habe ich nicht gefunden. Es war das letzte Mal, dass ich EXPEDIA benutzt habe. Geld in den Sand gesetzt. Reinlege"

"Overall very good experience. A few things to be aware though...
Staff don't speak much English, so get a translator app on your phone (e.g. Google Translator with offline Thai language pack) before you travel.
Restaurant closes at 9PM, but there is a great place called Come Moon with live music. Only 5 minutes walk, and it closes at midnight."

"Excellent value for money. Big room. Lovely pool. Fabulous breakfast. Hotel was very quiet during our stay in early January. Very attractive location and grounds.
The beds were very firm. No safe. Proper showers were impractical due to absence of shower curtain.
But these were minor inconveniences. We had a great stay and were well rested."
