“We stayed 2 nights and loved it! We have a 2 bedroom , 2 bath apartment and it was so spacious. We enjoyed the kind staff and the breakfast had a lot of choices. It was great”

“Servicen er i top, der er mange pools og aktiviteter til børnene. Vi havde halvpension og maden var virkelig lækker. Vi kunne vælge mellem 3 restauranter hver dag og især maden på Vecchio var lækker. Alt var virkelig flot og velholdt og personalet er super venlige, hjælpsomme og professionelle!”

“A great location from which to see Volterra and San Gimignano. Walking around the citadel and along the river was lots of fun. The main room of the apartment has AC, but it's still warm when the temperature is in the 90s. Having two bathrooms was very convenient. Plenty of space for the family to hang out together. ”

“We had a fabulous stay! Absolutely stunning grounds, amazing pool and pool area and our apartment was so well equipped. Very luxurious! We very much appreciated the bottle of wine and Olive oil from the estate and would have loved to do the winery tour if it weren’t for having the kids with us! We felt we managed the perfect balance of relaxation with getting out and about and visiting places, it is in a great location to be able to do this. The only couple of points I would suggest is more……

“We had a wonderful stay in this little castle hideaway. We had 3 glorious weeks in Italy, and this was our favorite spot of the trip. Cindy was a wonderful host, giving us great tips and very useful connections. The food in the town was also excellent, just steps away from your door. We are only telling our closest friends about this place however, as we want to be able to go back. May we suggest that others that stay here follow the same policy..”

“Hosts are super! Great Tuscan meals prepared by Liliana. Facilitated our daily travels and made the vacation very special.”

“Surroundings were absolutely magical! The view, the pool, the vineyard, the buildings, the tranquility. Breakfast was good and the wine bar offered some drinks and icecream which was nice during our days at the pool. We also enjoyed the tennis court. Staff was very nice and the place was very clean. The apartment itself (scoiatollo) had everything we needed but I would definitely consider repainting the sharp lime green and purple colors which didn’t really fit the style and made the building……

“The apartment was far more than we needed so next time we can bring family members. Impruneta was a wonderful little village. Every morning we walked down to the piazza to get excellent pasticceria and coffee. Just like the locals! Florence was not too tough to reach but you probably need a car to get there. One of our favorite things was just driving around the Tuscan countryside, all the hills and sharp turns. Enchanting!”

“first - every aspect of the place is wonderful. there are 2 things to be aware of. 1. it is secluded and remote - requiring a drive into the countryside ending in a 10 minute drive on an unpaved road; 2. wi-fi is difficult to unavailable. aside from this we couldn’t recommend it more strongly”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The suite was perfect and the restaurant had probably the best food I have had in Tuscany. We definitely plan to stay there again.”
