“This is a special villa from which to explore the Vittoria DOCG wine region and Chiaramonte Gulfi. The villa is beautiful and peaceful. We were lucky to be the only guests there at the time. The breakfast is well above standard for the region. We highly recommend this villa.”

“The property was lovely and beautifully appointed, but there was some confusion with the booking app about check-in time. We almost had to go back to the village airstrip for the night at 1 am because the proprietress didn’t want to accommodate an after-hours booking the app allowed. We had no idea of any of that and were in our taxi on the way to the property when I called just to confirm the booking—the owner tried to refuse us and if I hadn’t forced the issue, I don’t know what would have……

So many of the appetizers were of local farms and recipes of the area. And Breakfast was extra special with warm local ricotta and delicious fruit. Great location for visiting Modica, Ragusa etc”

“The property is quite charming and not a standard hotel. It is in the countryside so a car is required. The staff were all so accommodating and kind. We stayed 8 nights and enjoyed dinner on site each night. It was lovely dining outside in the central courtyard and the food was absolutely delicious. The menu had enough variation to satisfy any food wants.”
