"We had an appalling stay. We arrived late-ish - around 11pm - due to a delayed flight. Only to discover the hotel had over-sold the rooms. They did not have the room we had booked - and paid for - (a king bed on high floor) as they had sold it. Instead we were put in a tiny room with a Queen bed, ..."

"Having breakfast included was great. The location was amazing and walkable to many great destinations. The bed and bathrooms were clean. The only issues I had were the ac unit leaking excessively onto the carpet and spiders outside my window. They didn’t get in but it was a bit unnerving."
