Convenient Location

I was attending a conference at the Donald Stephens Convention Center and this location was very convenient to both the event and numerous food/shopping options. Worked out very well and the property manager was easy to communicate with through the process.

The property was not the same as the pictures- I think it was probably another unit in the same building because the decor matched, but there were some definite differences. Aside from that, overall the stay was nice. The condo was very cozy, and it was incredibly close to everything we wanted to do. The shared yard space in the back was nice. The condo is also located close to the airport which is convenient for anyone traveling that way.

Comfortable stay for the most part

We had a comfortable stay for the most part. Location was clean and comfortable. It’s central to a lot of what Rosemont has to offer. That was awesome. Communication with host was lagging.. upon arrival the toilet lever inside the tank cracked in half- we were able to jimmy rig it, told the host with no response. Was not given check out Instructions so we just did what we would’ve wanted someone to do at our house. Throw garbage away outside, wash dishes etc. other than that…. A bang for our buck!

The tub wasnt draining right, 1 out of 3 tvs worked, air conditioner didnt work the fan wasnt working when we tried to turn it on, smaller than the pictures showed and barley fit 8 it said and the couch wasnt a pull out couch.

We were switched to another property as they had problems with the one we booked. It put us a little farther away from our event but was a bigger unit so that made up for it. The host was a great communicator and the property was very nice!

Only 1 parking space in the actual building’s lot. We were able to find free parking without a time limit behind the Taco Bell that’s kitty corner to the condo’s lot. Only 1 of the 3 TVs worked and that one was hit or miss. Listing says it can sleep up to 8 people because of the “twin beds” in the common area. These “twin beds” are actually a reclining couch, not even a pull out couch. Most of the lamps didn’t work (we tried everything). While it is close to the convention center, it is definitely not a 10 minute walk. It’s closer to half an hour to walk, maybe 5 minute drive. Overall it was sufficient for our group’s needs, but some revisions need to be done to the listing to close the gap between expectations vs reality.
