Felt bullied by the GM Patel. He charged me for my service dog even though had his registered scan QR code tag. He told me, a disabled senior, to sit in lobby and look for another hotel unless I had his papers. So I paid. He almost threw me out because he didn't want a bad review. I'll never stay there again. It was clean but the beds were too high....go look

I booked a room for 2 nights and it by far was the worst experience ever. The hallways and elevator smelled like a barn/ stable. The water in the room didn’t shut off completely and I woke up to water all over the floor. The air conditioner wouldn’t stay on. The tub was yellow and the paint was all chipped. When u went outside to catch some air there were people that were staying in the same hotel asking me if I know where they can buy some crack. I didn’t feel safe and when I addressed it to the front desk I was told that they would talk to them, however the next day they were still out there harassing. I would like to be contacted for a refund.

When I checked-in, the lobby area of the property appeared clean and tidy. Before visiting the room, I went to pick-up the pizza I ordered. The room itself was so dirty. The bedding was "white", but it was not. It was quite dingy with brown and red stains on the duvet, and I really don't want to consider what the stain was when I pulled the duvet and comforter back. I began wiping surfaces (night stand, tv stand, desk, bathroom) with a clean wipe and found that the toilet had unflushed feces, and that was it for me. I could not stay. I checked-out within two hours of arriving. I told the manager about the situation.
