Check-In/Check-Out Procedures
- Check-In: 4 PM. Self-check-in with the smart lock.
- Check-Out: 11 AM, please ensure the front door locks behind you
Appliance Instructions
- Smart TV: Uses Roku system. Remote is on the coffee table. You can login to your preferred streaming platforms and you will be auto-logged out upon your checkout
- Washer and Dryer are located in the main hallway. You can use the detergent provided and follow the instructions on the machines.
- Heating and Air Conditioning: Central A/C & Heating available
House Rules
- No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
- Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM.
- No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties and events are not allowed.
- Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 people. Only registered guests are allowed on the property
- Cleanliness: Please keep the property clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in trash bins
- Respect the Property: Treat the property and its contents with care. Report any damages immediately.
- Parking: Ample free street parking available
- Safety: Ensure the front door locks behind when leaving the property by pressing & holding the lock button at the top
- Respect Neighbors: Be courteous to our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum outside
- No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
