This home has 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. There is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 double beds.

Spread across two floors, this stunning duplex boasts a total of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone in your group. The first floor features an open-concept living area with a generous seating arrangement, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchen features modern appliances, ample countertop space, a coffee station (fully stocked!) and all the essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast before a busy day or indulging in a homemade dinner, this kitchen is sure to meet all your needs.


Just out the back door you will find a large terrace with seating and a fully fenced large backyard.

We offer garage parking included

Our duplex has a fully stocked laundry room, which comes equipped with a washer, dryer, and laundry essentials. Feel free to pack light and take advantage of this convenient amenity during your stay. Whether you're returning from a day at the beach or need to refresh your wardrobe during a longer trip, our laundry room has you covered.

We also can provide pack n plays, high chairs, monitor, sound machine, and other kid necessities on request at no extra charge!!

Beautiful, spacious first-floor home with gorgeous light, fully furnished with everything you could need! We loved our stay. Loved the dog-friendly, walkable neighborhood and felt right at home. Bright wraparound windows in the front made a perfect home office! Lots of space for everyone! Kerry was terrific! Immediately responsive and a great host. Thank you!!

We would definitely stay here again. Very nice neighborhood. Loved the ease of letting out the dog as it was fully fenced. House was very nice and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay for 3 weeks at this home in Evanston! Great location with a GARAGE and LAUNDRY room (which is hard to find at this price point in the area). Close walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants, post office, and downtown mom & pop shops. About 30 minutes from downtown Chicago (without traffic) and 25 minutes to Niles. Parking in the area is difficult so it is a must to have a garage space. Home had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and great WiFi for working from home. They had a real crib for our little one (not a pack and play or portable crib). So our little one slept comfortably thank goodness. Host was super responsive and helpful. Dining table was a plus. All the amenities you would have at home are here at this rental.

We needed a place to stay while we were in between houses and this place had everything we needed - including toys for the kids! Having a spot in the garage was perfect and a necessity, but street parking for the other car was never a problem. Not a bad thing but just noting, there is no garbage disposal. The house is stocked on everything else though - towels, blankets, plenty of space, basic kitchen supplies, and great washer & dryer. Kerry is great and was so helpful during our stay. The neighborhood is fun and walkable to the train and we loved walking to the Firehouse Grill for dinner! Would recommend staying here to anyone looking to be in Evanston and nearby.

Everything about this rental, and our stay, was wonderful. The set up was just right for us (one grandparent, two parents, a 4 1/2 year old and a 2 1/2 year old). A bonus was child equipment and toys and books. The owner was immediately responsive to our questions and requests. Although there was a garage, even in a winter storm, there was convenient street parking as well. Calling this rental "great for traveling families" was not an overstatement. We plan to make this our go to rental when we visit the area. Thanks so much to the host.

Was a great space for our short trip. Plenty of space for my husband and myself, our two toddlers and my parents. Lots of great options to walk to nearby plus easy driving distance to downtown, Chicago Botanic Gardens, Ba Hai Temple and beach. The house has what you need. Beds are comfy, bathrooms wonderful. It was perfect for us to have two living spaces and good wifi that allowed for us to work remotely or for my parents to get some quiet time away from the kids. Only advice for those booking the kitchen has good selection pots and pans etc but if you plan to cook you need to bring salt, pepper, oil etc.

We booked Kerry’s place because of the pictures and the location. The place is as beautiful in person as they are in the pictures and the location was perfect for us - walking distance to some fantastic coffee and breakfast spots and a short drive to averything else we needed. Check in was super smooth and Kerry was incredibly responsive to any of our queries. Highly recommended!!

My dog I needed a place to stay at the last minute, because the construction on my house wasn't finished yet-as it was supposed to be:-( The host & her assistant were so incredibly helpful in making this stay happen so quickly-& very responsive with any questions I had during our stay! We had the whole bottom half-plus basement-of a 2 flat, with a little yard area for my dog to use last thing at night, as well. It worked out very well for us-in what was initially a rather stressful situation. Big thanks to Kerry-& we would definitely stay there again, if the need were to arise:-)
