Definition of Luxury!

Easy check-in/check-out. Hosts were great with communication. The VRBO has all the necessities and was very clean. It’s in a safe location in Chicago that’s close enough to everything but also not too busy/touristy. I recommend you book!

College Reunion

This couldn’t have been a more perfect girls getaway. With five people, we had plenty of room to spread out yet the balcony and open areas were perfect for together time. Communication was great with management and the accommodations were second to none. We will definitely book again!

Don't be fooled by the beauty and location

The apartment is very well located and it is absolutely beautiful, however, all the doors squeak, there are no black out blinds so it's difficult to sleep well in the summer and if you travel with kids. The kitchen seemed cleaned but when we opened the microwave and a drawer we found them dirty. The floors looked cleaned but our granddaughter's legs were stained black from crawling on it. We messaged the manager about how disappointing it was to arrive to a luxury apartment that was not cleaned well, they apologized and sent someone to clean without our permission while we were out, they cleaned the kitchen but floors remained the same. They left a few laundry pods at that time, which I think they forgot to leave before we arrived. Also, we were informed by the manager and the doorman that the garage opener would be in the unit but we could not find it, when we asked about it they said it was left in the front desk. Towels are very small, not bath size. There is a nice grill in the balcony but no utensils to grill. Oven and microwave are very fancy and difficult to use, we could not find directions in the unit. The unit is stunning, the views of the city too, the location is perfect , owners need to pay a bit more attention to the place to make it the perfect stay.

Excellent experience; great location. New, spacious apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen with luxury appliances.
