North Center - Modern, Safe, Family-Friendly, Solar-Powered Apartment

Nicely renovated, modern kitchen and bath, comfortable beds, and solar-powered. Great location in a safe neighborhood, Jewel (Grocery store) is less than a block from the front door, Trader Joe's, 4 craft breweries within three blocks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Wrigley Field nearby, and brown line train to downtown (the Loop). Families with children are welcome; we can lend a booster seat and pack-n-play upon request. We offer our guests Brooklinen towels. Owners with two young kids live upstairs, we are here to address guest needs. Our house is incredibly secure, we have security cameras on both the front and back porches. No smoking or vaping of anything on the property, guests can smoke on the front sidewalk or in the side alley. Parties, excessive noise, and loud music are prohibited — no large groups. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8 am.

Perfect place

Super clean place and a great location! You can walk to a grocery to get a few things. There are also bars and restaurants (and a Starbucks ) within walking distance! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house

We stayed for three nights as tourists visiting the Chicago museums and aquarium, which are outstanding! There was a lot of road construction on the interstates, but didn’t bother us too much

We had a lovely time at this rental. It was ideal location wise. Plenty to walk to and VERY family friendly neighborhood with a close by park which was ideal for us. Communication with host was great and responsive for any of our needs.

Perfect spot for a family

We absolutely loved staying at this property. We stayed with three children under the age of 5 and everything we could have thought of for our kids was there. My kids especially loved the sparkles in the tub and some of the toys in the apartment. The host did a great job of recommending places we could go and checking in to make sure we were doing okay. The location is great, within walking distance to the train and great parks. Would recommend this spot to anyone witb families looking to explore the city!

Everything Fantastic

We stayed for a Cubs game and the home did NOT disappoint. It was BETTER than we expected. The place is completed remodeled and really nice! The mattresses were super comfy, access was easy, and the TV had apple TV. The neighborhood is super safe and has lots of stores (coffee esp) within walking distance. I highly rec this VRBO!

Absolutely awesome!

This is our second time staying at Justin and Lizzy's flat. We absolutely adore it! The space is clean and comfortable, and the location could not be better. They are amazing hosts!

Great location, easy to get to from the L and bus, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hosts were quick to communicate and checked to see if we needed anything. As described in the listing, you can hear a family above but only occasionally. Overall a great base for exploring Chicago!

Great Chicago summer weekend

Great Stay!

We stayed 2 nights with children. It was a great space in a nice, safe area of Chicago. I loved all the restaurants and grocery within walking distance. Parking was not an issue, but was not always right in front of the house. The house was very clean and comfortable! The resources about the surrounding area were very helpful from the owners as well. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, well stocked, and only a 10-15 minute drive to main attractions. The only negative was the lack of parking. We had to park 1-2 blocks away most of the time.

Can’t say enough good things!

This was the perfect location for our family on our first trip to Chicago. The neighborhood is lovely, safe, and there were lots of places to eat and things to do within walking distance. We found free street parking really close to the house every day. The place was spotless, with great amenities, and the host was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall we had a fantastic experience and I will surely stay here again when we come back to Chicago.
