No pets are allowed.
We have a fee of $25/day for the jacuzzi use. Please let me know if you are interested and how many days you plan on using the jacuzzi.
No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the house. If this rule is disregarded, we will pursue and charge a $1000 fee to cover costs of additional cleaning and deodorizing services. If smoking occurs inside the home during the stay, there will be a $1000 fine for this violation.
