Our house is perfect for a small group of friends or family looking for a clean, accessible place. It contains 2 bedrooms (2 queens & twin bunk beds) & 1 full bathroom, as well as a sleeper sofa with a pullout queen bed. Enjoy our smart TVs, grill or warm up by the fire pit, & even get some work or studying done! Located just minutes from 2 major highways, 2 colleges, Four Lakes Ski Resort, & much much more, the journey is just getting started once you arrive!

➢ Fully stocked, renovated kitchen, including stainless steel appliances & granite countertops, salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, creamer, sugar, & more
➢ Formal dining table with 6 chairs & informal breakfast nook
➢ Room darkening curtains & sheers in bedrooms
➢ Alarm clocks with USB ports for easy phone charging
➢ Additional linens, pillows, towels, toilet paper, & other necessities stored in linen closet
Outdoor:
➢ Exclusive, private access to entire gated back patio area
➢ 6-person outdoor patio table & chairs
➢ 5-burner grill with side burner
➢ Elevated fire pit with deck seating (kids not allowed onto this area without the accompaniment of a parent or guardian, as there are no railings)
Guest access
We ask that our guests park in our driveway. The driveway is very long, with ample space for multiple cars. That said, we highly discourage parking in the back, as the driveway narrows considerably and larger vehicles might not be able to fit comfortably down that part of the driveway. Furthermore, we recommend parking in front of the house due to the proximity to the front door.
You will use a code to enter the house via the front door. This will be your code for the duration of your stay. We ask that all guests enter or leave the property only by the front door.

The house is located right by a large intersection, providing accessibility to numerous attractions, fun places, & necessities for everyone. Here are some highlights that come with this location:
♦ Less than 2 miles from both I-88 & I-355, providing convenient access to both Chicago and the north & south suburbs
♦ Less than 1 mile from Four Lakes Alpine Snowsports (wintertime skiing & snowboarding hill, perfect for those looking to enjoy the winter sports that are hard to come by in Illinois)
♦ 1 mile from the Lisle Metra Station, which presents direct access to Union Station in Chicago
♦ 1 mile from Downtown Lisle
♦ 1 mile from Benedictine University
♦ 1.5 miles from Seven Bridges strip mall (including a movie theater & IMAX, 4-star golf club, ice arena, park, & some fantastic restaurants)
