「The hotel is perfect for Cubs fans, nothing more convenient. Very clean, nice shower & bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. For the price, not worth it for people who aren’t going to games. The room doesn’t have a fridge or coffee maker. Hotel bar is very cool, but also costly. 」

「They require a large cash or Venmo deposit which is shady. Took them 2 weeks to send it back minus 15$ to which I got no response to why. Communication sucks and they gave me the wrong room. No apology no adjustment. Nothing.」

「It's an older hotel in a quiet neighborhood right across from the lake. The elevator was only big enough for 2 people and the room itself was very small. The fridge was stuffed with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that you could purchase along with snacks, but it just takes up a ton of space we would have liked to use. The tub had no handholds or non-slick surface and with the pedestal sink, there were few places to put toiletries. We didn't use their parking, but there wasn't much...

「It is a wonderful room with a comfortable bed and couch. It should be noted that the directions are complex for parking and just entering the building. Parking is extremely difficult to find. It is also a party district but we were there during the week and it was quiet. I absolutely adored the space though once settled.」

「I think it's a little quiet, as this is a house, so sometimes there may be only one person (you) in the house at night.」

「Clean room with very close access to the Red Line train. There was not always someone at the front desk for assistance but other than that was a nice place to lay our heads.」

「Gina and staff were warm and friendly. When our toilet clogged, we got upgraded. When we needed a delayed checkout, they accommodated. We had a fire for a cold night and got delicious eggs and crispy bacon for breakfast. Highly recommend for those lovers of all things Italian. 」
