“Most things okay, but as is too often the case, the secure cycle storage requested and confirmed in the booking stage didn't exist! Really not happy leaving an irreplaceable bespoke bicycle in the cleaner's room!”

“I spent two nights at The Bear Hotel. The room was small but functional; however, the furniture was very tired and badly worn.
