“A thoroughly enjoyable one night stay at The Beach hut. Many thoughtful extras made for a relaxed and comfortable break. Fresh milk in a fridge, also some half bottles of wine, were most welcome! The room was delightful, calm and well decorated, also peaceful, despite facing the road. Parking at the rear slightly hazardous as there’s a rookery to avoid! We took some mementos home on our car windscreen. Wonderful choice of breakfasts! ”

“A good budget stay very near Chichester. Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean, cooked breakfast delicious. The pub had a wonderful social feeling in the evenings with sea shantys being sung on the first night and a quiz the second. We recieved a warm welcome. ”

“On arrival greeting was disorganised... The room needed some big tlc...bathroom wasnt good.. Breakfast..what can i say..No one to meet us..outside door was open and really cold..so we just sat down..about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there and that was by a staff member that had just walked in.. Looked at breakfast menu..then was told the wrong menu as we were guests..and then started hoovering around us..”

“Parking was okay but we couldn't get the car charger to work. Tried 3 if them. Luckily it's a plug in hybrid so we were able to use petrol instead. Room was good. Staff very helpful. Pool nice but full of members of the club so unable to use all the facilities as the members were using them all the time. Bar was nice, food very good. Restaurant excellent.”

“This is a fantastic pub to stay and dine at. 4 nights here with wonderfully comfortable and quiet room. Excellent staff, great evening menu and food. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing walking right from the front door, car did not move for the whole time. The breakfast is the only thing that needs attention… the full English is good quality and well cooked but took 30-40 mins to arrive and on cold plates - easily rectified I hope. The yoghurt is a cheap sweetened option only and limited fruit. All can……
