"Just as described, the beautiful restoration was secluded and quiet and close to Concord and Contoocook. We stocked up on local farm goods at the nearby Dimond Hill Farm. The house was well stocked in linens and the kitchen, and activity shed. We even had a cute baby porcupine grazing nearby as we had some morning coffee by the fire pit."

Says it sleeps 12 but that really is a stretch. We had 6 and that was fairly packed. We had a day where we lost water. The hot tub needed treatment so was down for a couple days. Only 2 small pans. "We had the pleasure of staying the week at Vasha. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We’ve stayed in dozens of rentals across the US, and this one was definitely the best stocked! Maggie & Kyle were so generous and had excellent communication. The property is so close to everything you would want to experience in NH. Our family (and golden doodle!) enjoyed our time immensely. The beds are fantastic and the views are one of a kind. We look forward to coming back already!"

"Convenient and pleasant location next to canal and Laconia town center. Not far from Lake Winnipesaukee. Some noise from local construction work and loud cars and motorcycles. All new fittings and comfortable beds. The pathdown to the pergola was somewhat steep for older persons. Reasonable value for two couples. Responsive Landlord. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay."

"We stayed between Christmas and New Years to go skiing at Gunstock - it rained 2 out of the 3 days but the house was so great with the indoor pool we didn't mind being stuck inside. We had an issue with the TV in the pool area and someone came out to look at it for us which was appreciated. Only thing I would recommend is adding a hot tub! Great place and thinking of renting again in the summer to enjoy the lake!"

"There’s a sign in the kitchen that says “Our Happy Place.” The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, we had a nice lunch and dinner prepared from the fully equipped kitchen, dogs can easily access fenced(?) deck from the living room while we all played games(host provided). "The property worked for my purpose, it was not overly clean ( even though they charged me for cleaning, if this is what they paid they did not get their monies worth). Also I ended up paying which I felt was exceptionally high for one night near a lake off season, I felt this was way overpriced. They touted snacks available, but some of these were open and half eaten. Overall it felt like the owners just moved out for a night."
