“Had a very pleasant week at “Sun and Ski” in early August! The host was very responsive, check-in was very easy, and the home was in very tidy and clean condition upon arrival. The house is well stocked with linens and other needs, including spices and kitchen-ware, coffeemakers for both ground coffee and K-cups. The bedrooms all have bureaus and closets — makes for a much more relaxing stay, if you don’t like a messy house! Too often we’ve found a rental to be uncomfortable simply because there……

“The process was easy. Owner was responsive. The place was clean and well stocked. Charming decor and relaxing outdoor spaces. Perfect for a weekend retreat. We enjoyed time on the deck which we like to say had “treehouse vibes” and in the spa. Loved walking up the road with the dog to see the views of the reservoir. ”

“Very quaint bungalow, feels like staying at grandma’s. Fun and quirky decor. I stayed here while my family was camping in Big Indian. We grabbed the bnb as a backup in case weather (or child) didn’t cooperate and were happy to have this as lovely home base. The sweet host reached out a couple of times to make sure all was well ”

“We had an excellent stay at this home. We had 12 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone - enough bedrooms and seats at the indoor and outdoor dining tables. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. We enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and volleyball court. The view of the mountain was spectacular. The only downsides were some bugs, difficulty closing/opening the deck doors, and no direct creek access from the yard. Otherwise, no complaints!”

“I had my 3 sons stay over n my 4 th day tripped from nearby. The pool was a big hit especially with 5 grandkids 8 n under. Went to the town park n went fishing with my grandson. Visited BigPink n the lighthouse. Great time. Sami was very responsive to any questions I had. ”

“My husband and I very much enjoyed our week-long stay. We particularly loved having all the sliding doors and windows open in the master and main rooms to hear the water and enjoy the setting. Jetted tub was great. Fridge clean and empty and ready for us. Simple eats in and bigger meals at restaurants nearby, although kitchen ready for cooking. With temps 80-85*, we were fine without central air. Ceiling fans and cool nights were perfect. The rain tested our patience with humidity, but that’s……

“Fantastic place - amazing location right on main street but it leads out back to a private yard with an amazing view of the mountains. Inside is set up with amazing places to hang out and relax. Fully renovated kitchen. Lots of attention to detail makes this a really lovely location, can't recommend enough.”
