“Great, highly recommend”

“You get what you pay for - cheap, not value. Spent the first 2 hours cleaning because it was barely touched - even dining table and chairs had crumbs and spill stains. The coffee maker was black inside the water compartment. I had to pick up silverware and dish soap from the dollar store because there was only 2 forks and spoons for a place advertised for 6 and no dish soap to clean dishes. I’m confident my cleaning and items I left behind for the next guests will be reimbursed by karma. Oh,……

“The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. The building was not very clean and no staff were on site. The pictures are also a bit misleading as the restaurant is now closed and the grounds have deteriorated since the closure. The……

“Sure looked and sounded a lot better in the online description. The one good thing about my stay was the excellent communication with the host. The rest, well, I’ll try to stay polite and just list the facts. 1. There’s a huge For Sale sign out front and an abandoned restaurant next to the rooms. 2. Room needs updating badly.3. Windows don’t open or close. The hardware is either broken or frozen. 4. One window stays wide open, it has no screen so I had to jury rig a towel over the open window so……

“The property was clean and comfortable. The host was very easy to work with!”

“This experience was absolutely 5 STARS! Great location with several walking distance eateries, Very clean and studio style apartment and the host Rebecca, was a joy to work with. She was very flexible with our reservations and requests and was in constant communication the entire trip. Nice Work!”

“Clean and beautifully decorated room. Very comfortable, excellent bed and linens. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. An "out of the way " place and that's its charm, yet close enough - short car rides- to restaurants and other attractions. We'd gladly return!”

“Wonderful cottage, close to everything in Woodstock and yet quiet and peaceful. Loved sitting out back looking and listening to the Creek. Will definitely be back!Thank you Jane!”

“Such a spectacular and unique home- we loved the thoughtful touches placed throughout the house. Beds comfy, kitchen had everything you could need plus more. Easy walking access to great hiking! The front porch is a perfect place to have morning coffee and watch the rabbits!”

“The pictures are not accurate. The two full and one twin bed are in one room upstairs, they are not separated as pictures would lead you to believe. Then three twins are in the living room with the couch, next to the dining room table and kitchen. The unit was dusty and not swept clean. There were dead bugs on the floor and party poppers from previous guest. I have never experienced something like this with Expedia, this was a zero star experience honestly.”

“Absolutely beautiful place. Carefully prepared for our arrival with tea light and lampshades on throughout the accommodation. No complaints whatsoever and if anything exceeded our expectations. The location was great for our plans exploring Hudson Valley and surrounding areas. Would 100% recommend. Communication throughout was perfect 👌. Thank you for a wonderful stay .”

“Staying here for my brother and I was an experience. Nin and David are making something very special here that is more of a retreat than a standard rental.”

“The place was amazing! Very easy check in/out process and the host is very responsive. ”
