We stayed at this property to help celebrate a milestone birthday for a friend from high school. I loved that there were 3 rooms with 3 queens; that was the main reason I chose this house. It was comfortable and clean and the owner was very responsive. Thank You!

Came to Chico for some blue collar work. Definitely a good choice. Perfect for us. We dined in twice and ate out a couple times. Just what we needed. Can use some more basic stuff in the kitchen but no big complaints. Thank you!

The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos provided. The host was very quick to respond to my questions. We arrived a little earlier than our check in time, I asked the host if we could get in early. The host was quick to respond and allowed us early access, which was very appreciated. The beds and furniture was very comfortable. I will definitely rent this house next time we are in town. Great experience.
