Perfect for what we wanted

My friend and our two 13-year olds needed a place with enough beds (this was perfect - the boys got the two twin beds), within walking distance of downtown (about 2 miles) and somewhere safe so the boys could wander around without us. They really enjoyed being independent. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The house was very clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Communicating with the host was super easy, they were very quick to reply and give suggestions. Nothing about this visit would we change.

College Drop Off

Easy check-in / check-out process. Great communication, host was easy to work with, had fantastic communication and very accommodating. Have the space to spread out, and cook made the college from-off, dorm move-in process easy!

Nice Place & Great Location

This is a lovely home and we particularly enjoyed the Asian motif. The house was spacious, clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood & conveniently located. We also liked having a fenced backyard for our dog. The hosts were very responsive. They answered our questions promptly and clearly. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for for providing a nice place for us to stay.

Comfortable close to town

Check in/out was a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking implements. The host provided Brita filtered water, coffee, tea and sugar. We were able to sleep 6 comfortably. 3 cars fit in the driveway.

Great Place

This was a great place, super clean and cute. Hosts were super responsive. They only thing I would say is that it really only sleeps 6 in beds, unless you plan on bringing an air mattress for the "game room". There was a futon mattress but on the floor. Not very comfortable for adults.

I’ll start by saying the property owners were lovely. However once checked in, the house was not as pictured. The backyard was a mess with no fencing on one side do to the neighbor rebuilding. The hot tub was dirty and cold. Trash and old appliances scattered throughout. Dog waste from other dogs. The listing said sleeps 8 but 6 was the max for much was fine for our family. Asian Vibes

Cute place! If you're looking for beds on the floor this is the place. Host is very nice and let us check in early for an additional fee. Host asks that you do not wear shoes in the house but allows pets. There is lots of pet hair from previous guest on floors and on the Asian bed frames. If you mind pet hair this is not the place for you. Overall, Great place to stay if you need to stay in Chico.

Charming place

So this is a mixed bag. Over all comfortable but we are mid fifties in good shape but the mattress on the ground or very low frame didn't work for us. Needs a dishwasher. There is space for one. Back yard was a mess. Interior was nice, owner was nice.
