“Pros- house was in a good location within walking distance to campus, host was responsive, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Cons- bathroom floor grout was covered in mold/mildew, house sleeps eight but only three bath towels provided. One bedroom had the fan remote missing and got very hot, one bed was very uncomfortable. Washing machine didn’t work. ”

“Maybe it’s just me, but I need more advanced notice regarding check-in and check-out so that we know what to expect. Especially while staying, it’s helpful to k ow the host’s expectations regarding check-out. The Host was not always responsive, which was also concerning. The house was exactly as described in the listing and we were grateful to be able to bring our Tripawd dog. “The place is really nice and very much worth the price. You can talk downtown in about 25 minutes or drive downtown in about 5 minutes. It is about the same distance to Sierra Nevada Brewing. The place is very nice, clean and has everything you need. The people at the management company are nice enough, if a bit disorganized. For example, after I paid, they asked me for a $150 breakage deposit, stating that it was required, when the listing clearly shows the breakage deposit as $69 and……

“We had a wonderful, multifamily stay in this well appointed house. The kitchen was large and super well outfitted with glassware, china, Cookware, utensils; you name, it was all there! The pool and hot tub were well used and enjoyed by everyone. The outdoor seating area was beautiful in the morning, by the lagoon with birds chirping in the background. We all who stayed there had a fabulous time. But also like to thank the management company, especially Monish, who was quick to respond to any……
