“We stayed here for a few days. Super cute little bungalow. Very close to downtown and the shopping district. My teenage son loved the loft area. Host communicated well and responded quickly. ”

“Pros- house was in a good location within walking distance to campus, host was responsive, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Cons- bathroom floor grout was covered in mold/mildew, house sleeps eight but only three bath towels provided. One bedroom had the fan remote missing and got very hot, one bed was very uncomfortable. Washing machine didn’t work. ”

“The house is great. Could have used a few extra blankets. It says dogs are allowed, but there are holes in the fence, so keep dogs on leash in the back yard.”

“The place is really nice and very much worth the price. You can talk downtown in about 25 minutes or drive downtown in about 5 minutes. It is about the same distance to Sierra Nevada Brewing. The place is very nice, clean and has everything you need. The people at the management company are nice enough, if a bit disorganized. For example, after I paid, they asked me for a $150 breakage deposit, stating that it was required, when the listing clearly shows the breakage deposit as $69 and……

“We had a wonderful, multifamily stay in this well appointed house. The kitchen was large and super well outfitted with glassware, china, Cookware, utensils; you name, it was all there! The pool and hot tub were well used and enjoyed by everyone. The outdoor seating area was beautiful in the morning, by the lagoon with birds chirping in the background. We all who stayed there had a fabulous time. But also like to thank the management company, especially Monish, who was quick to respond to any……

“Host was easy to contact to change temperatures. A/C was turned on and I requested heat instead because it was a rainy week. Temperature change was made quickly. ”

“House needed quite a bit of maintenance. They were doing some kind of repairs in the upstairs bathroom and left paint and gloves on the counter. Kitchen furniture in need of repair. Rug in living room has curled edges. Tripping hazard. Overall our stay was good. No major problems. I’d just remove the rug in the living room. ”
