“The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very helpful with all the instructions and codes needed before check in. The location was great as well.”

“Shocked that this was called renovated. Rust inside microwave, stove, coffee pot, etc. Dried food inside stove. Mold on a/c unit. Remotes without batteries. No instructions for fans, remotes, etc. Rips in porch screens. Screen door mechanism off laying on the sill. Dock has had no maintenance. No bulb in light and top missing with critters living inside. Sink doesn’t work and drain completely clogged with debris. Beds were great. Bedding clean and comfortable. Floor and bathroom was clean. Very……

“This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the Suwannee River. A Boaters, fishermen, or hunters paradise, with all the basics, in a rustic setting. A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel.”

“Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book.”

“The location was great. We had an upper floor room, that overlooks the waterway. Saw lots of interesting water birds. The walk down to town was about 1/2 mile. The rooms were comfy. Large kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Nice shower too. The bedroom mattress seemed to like a spring mattress, so it wasn't amazingly comfortable, but we slept fine. We didn't hear any traffic noise.”

Cedar Key is a fun and unique place to visit. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything that we needed!! I would highly recommend staying here if you visit Cedar Key!!!”

“Superb location for the art festival. Nice space. Beautifully decorated. Stairs are a little steep so take your time going up to the bedrooms on top floor and hold on the handrail. The top floor also slants. So if you drank too much you might not even notice it . I would definitely recommend it ”

“Pros: good location, private parking, full kitchen, laundry machine, water hose to wash off everything Cons: needs updating, a bigger tv- one tv in living room that’s a 30 inch Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great location, had a full kitchen to make our meals. The bed was comfy. I just found it to be a bit pricy for how outdated the apartment was. I did message the host before arriving, but never heard back. Thankfully we figured it out!”
