Family vacation

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das reichhaltige Frühstück und die tolle Lage sowie den Wellness und Spa Bereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten für 3 Nächte gebucht. Check in war freundlich, nicht unbedingt kommunikativ. Zimmer ok. Aber trotz Balkon kein Blick auf Natur. Sondern auf das Dach der Wellness Anlage. Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden. Frühstück für Hotel dieser Klassifizierung ok, nicht ungewöhnlich.

Sehr gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. 3 Restaurants mit guter Speisekarte. Was nicht dazu passte, war die karge Ausstattung des Einzelzimmers. Einzige Sitzgelegenheit war ein sehr unbequemer Holzstuhl. Da habe ich schon, wesentlich preiswerter, eine bessere Ausstattung erlebt. Das Zimmer wirkte düster ohne besondere Aussicht. Es wird wohl nur als Einzelzimmer vermietet, also Paare haben gute Chancen bessere Zimmer zu bekommen. WLAN hat weder beim Handy noch beim Pad funktioniert - wahrscheinlich war das Nebengebäude zu weit vom Hotspot entfernt.

Tolles Hotel am Chiemsee

Das Hotel ist immer wieder schön und zum Glück kann ich die nagativen Bewertungen der letzten Zeit überhaupt nicht teilen. Alles war sauber, Zimmer, Wellnessbereich, Restaurant....sehr schön .Sehr nettes Personal und großartige ruhige Lage. Immer wieder gerne!

Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt. Spinnweben an der Decke. Im Wellnessbereich bzw. am Pool war kein Liegestuhl zu bekommen. Es war wie in einem öffentlichen Hallenbad. Absolut nicht entsprechend für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie.

Ich hatte alleine mit meinem Sohn (11 Jahre) eine Übernachtung gebucht. Schönes großes Zimmer mit angemessenem Wellnessbereich. Der Sohn freute sich über Innen- und Außenpool. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch super! Negativ möchte ich drei Punkte erwähnen: 1) Mir wurde angeboten, meinen E-UP im Hof an einer Steckdose über Nacht aufzuladen > prima! Bekam dann während des Abendessens einen Anruf, wonach aufgefallen wäre, dass ich mein Auto noch im Hof stehen hätte und es doch bitte wegfahren soll. Hhm...ich erklärte, warum es dort stand und dies war dann auch ok. Da ich den Tisch fürs Abendessen an der Rezeption gebucht hatte, hätte bekannt sein können, dass ich just zum Zeitpunkt des Anrufes beim Essen war. Schade! 2) Über die Hotel-App habe ich nach Gummibärchen und Chips für den Fernsehabend gefragt. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption, wurde erklärt, dass es keinerlei Knabberreihen oder Süßigkeiten im Haus gäbe. Die Minibar enthielt nur Getränke. Kaum zu glauben für ein 4*S-Hotel. Dass ich selbst nochmal nachfragen musste, davon will ich gar nicht sprechen. 3) Ich habe schon in mehreren 4*S-Hotels genächtigt. In all diesen gab es mittags/nachmittags eine kleine "Jause" (Kleinigkeiten zum Essen/Kuchen), welche im Preis inbegriffen waren. Dies war hier leider nicht der Fall. Es mag sein, dass das Bild sehr negativ ist, welches ich hier zeichne. Ich würde dem gesamten Aufenthalt die Note 2-/3 geben.

Entspannte Tage in wunderschöner Umgebung

atten ein verlängertes Wochenende gebucht und bedauerten sehr, nicht länger verweilen zu können. Ising ist eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung mit wunderbarem Wellnessbereich und herrlichen Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung, um aktiv sich in der Natur zu bewegen.

Hunde-freundliches Hotel. Fast alle Gäste hatten mindestens einen Hund dabei. Unser Zimmer war schon etwas abgewohnt, der Abfluss der Dusche funktionierte nicht, inkl. Kurzschluss. Frühstück reichhaltig. Lage schwierig, ohne Auto ist nichts zu erreichen.

Our greatest disappointment was that this hotel was described as being air conditioned. We know from experience that the weather would be warm in the area in July, so it was a primary basis for our selection. We were passing through and not really there for the spa or amenities, which were fair compared to American standards but probably above average for German standards.

Leider dieses Mal Pech mit dem Zimmer gehabt

Wir hatten leider sehr großes Pech mit unserem Zimmer, das im ältesten Teil des Hotels gelegen ist und auf keinen Fall dem 4-Sterne-Standard (auch wenn wir nur die Variante "Classic" gebucht hatten), entspricht. In Bad/Toilette geht es sehr beengt zu und das Duschen geht für alle über 175 großen Menschen nur in "gebückter" Haltung, da die Raumhöhe relativ niedrig ist. In der Duschkabine hatte es Schimmel und die Abdeckung des Luftabzuges war millimeterdick mit schmutzigem Staub überzogen. Die Ablage in der Dusche war so lose, dass sie ohne Angst dass sie herunterbricht nicht benutzt werden konnte. Der komplette Wohn-/Schlafbereich ist mit Teppich ausgelegt, welcher am kompletten Randbereich ca. 3 cm breit ungereinigt und mit Staub/Schmutz zugesetzt ist (sehr unappetitlich) . Da das Zimmer oberhalb des Restaurantbereiches liegt, war speziell in den Abendstunden ein penetranter Essensgeruch in der Luft gelegen.

Schön für Wanderungen am See und Ruhe in der Umgebung. Service eher rustikal ländlich. Leider fehlt im Spa ein Ruhebereich separat vom großartigen Pool. Schöner Aussenpool und hervorragendes Frühstück sowie vorzügliches Restaurant.

Tolles Hotel mit großer Anlage am Chiemsee

Ich hatte mit meinem 11-jährigen Sohn (Geburtstagsreise) einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Gut Ising, super-nettes Personal, tolle Zimmer, toller Service, klasse Hotel-Schwimmbad mit Außenpool. Ingesamt würde ich 4,5 von 5 Sternen geben!

Wunderschönes Hotel am Chiemsee

Gut Ising ist immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Besonders der schöne Wellness-Bereich mit den zwei Pools, die bis 22 Uhr geöffnet sind, hat mir sehr gefallen. Auch die ruhige Lage und die gute Gastronomie runden den positiven Gesamteindruck ab.
