“We had a fantastic stay. The room we stayed in was spacious with all the amenities needed and had the necessary air con when temperatures were excessively high. “This hotel was absolutely amazing, location was close to all the major attractions in the city but very quiet and peaceful in the evening at the end of the day. “我到佛羅倫斯的時候運氣不太好.遇到都是濕冷的天氣.好不容易到了飯店.該怎麼說呢 ,他就是古色古香,這也就罷了,因為提早到達房間還沒整理好,所以飯店原公告知我們先將行李留在行李房等到房間準備好他會替我們拿到房間.所以我們先到外面逛.飯店很方便,不管是要走到百花大教堂.走到火車站,走到文藝復興百貨都很近.但是回到房間後真是大傻眼,一來行裡還沒拿上來(還是我們再下樓問過他才姍姍來遲)接著房間的溫度悶到不行.打電話反映他說冷氣無法使用.叫我門打開窗戶.窗戶打開了更傻眼,樓下在施工..後來因為人很累房間悶就當很溫暖好了,.趕快到浴室洗澡....因為淋浴間是半弧型的.根本她的淋浴拉門有跟沒有一樣.洗完澡出來整個外面都是水還差點滑倒.最後好不容易躺到床上了,,,床老舊到不像話.發出聲音不說,我先生一個翻身我還以為我是躺在水床上整個人被顛起來,我想我不會推薦這間飯店”

但是隔音較為差，到了晚上樓上房行走到會聽到聲音。但是整體都是非常好的經驗。

"We are staying at Deluxe double room for four nights. The room is spacious and well equipped. However, some of the arrangements in the bathroom are very strange. For example, the hooks for towels are installed inside the shower area. Makes no sense. Other than that, location is excellent. Rooftop view is unbeatable. Hotel design is heartwarming and just like your home. Highly recommended."
