“Lovely boutique hotel with a great location close to the train station. Very well kept and modern. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room not working. After an hour of changing the thermostat when we got to the room it hadn’t lowered at all. We went down to the desk to ask about it and they went onto a laptop to adjust something and said it was fine. An hour later it was still unchanged and uncomfortable but the reception had closed for the evening. We phoned and sent a message……

“The farmhouse was beautifully restored. The atmosphere was intimate, peaceful, and full of warmth. Breakfast was incredibly fresh and delicious!”

“All the photos on Expedia look super modern yet our room looked like the 1960's. Staff very rude and did not speak very much english until we got upset then it was perfect. On the website they talk about a hottub and sauna yet it was an extra charge. We stayed 1 night of a 4 night stay then we decided to leave knowing we would not get a refund. In our 16 days in Italy for the Olympics this was the only bad place we stayed.”
