"自然いっぱいの落ち着いた環境でゆっくりと滞在できました。サービスは普通ですが、お食事どころのスタッフさんたちは皆さん明るく気持ちよくご対応くださいました。施設は古いのですが、あちこち改装してあり、何も問題ありませんでした。お食事はスタンダードプランだったと思いますが、美味しくて、量も私たちにはちょうど良かったです。"

"子供連れで露天風呂付きの特別室に宿泊しました。床にホコリや前日に宿泊された人の髪の毛等たくさん残ってました。お部屋の造りや露天風呂はすごく素敵で良かったので、掃除が行き届いてなくて残念です。子供用のオムツ、バンボ、シャンプー、お布団も用意してもらって、子供も喜んでいました！子供用の歯ブラシと大人用のシャワーキャンプがあれば良かったなと思いました。食事はものすごく美味しかったです。地元や旬の食材を使った、手の込んだ料理で本当に満足です。美味しかったです。接客も丁寧で、食事スタッフのおばぁちゃんがお子さんがいらっしゃるのでゆっくり食べてくださいと言ってくださって有難かったです。値段の割にリーズナブルでいい旅館だと思います。清掃の面はぜひ改善して欲しいです。本当にありがとうございました。 "

"朝、夕食を食べました。夕食は、美味しさもさることながら、ご飯を三杯食べたのが、失敗で（美味しかったのて、）シメの蕎麦と天ぷら食べたけど、お腹が　妊婦位腹がでた。さらにシャーベットでした大満足でした。　朝予約した時間に少し遅れたが、2代目が食堂の前にずっと、待っていてくれて、申し訳ありません　素晴らしい接客でした。お風呂最高です部屋はまあまあです"

10/10 Excellent

"Clean and spacious traditional style room. Toilet was somehow a bit too small though, not particularly comfortable to use. Basin (for hand washing after using toilet) was then on the other side of the room which was a bit inconvenient. Hot spring facilities were at a different building (much newer and modern) which were 2 mins walk away. That was a slight problem when it was raining heavily when we were there. Parking was not great for our bigger car (RAV4 size type SUV). Tight space and lot of guests made parking very difficult. During golden week, when we stayed there, dining options at night were very limited in nearby regions."

"The hotel staff were not very helpful. It would be better if they could provide useful information, such as nearby restaurants, when guests check in at the counter—especially since the hotel does not have its own dining facilities. Many guests are visiting for the first time, so this kind of guidance would really improve their experience. Many parking lots near hotel. 👍"

"From the very start the staff was very nice, even though we weren't the best tourists. We stayed a short time, and in that tike the staff was friendly, despite our Faux Pas and were willing to help us with arranging luggage forwarding. The room we booked was very clean and offered coffee, tea, and ice water in our rooms which we were free to use. The mats we slept on we comfortable and had plush blankets that almost kept us TOO warm during the cool Spring nights. The Onsens though were the star of the show. We had two private Onsen attached to our room, one that was inside and one that was Open-Air. Both were incredible to be in and legitimately helped myself and my travel companion with aches and pains during the trip. I can't recommend this place enough. Must go Onsen if you find yourself in Hita."
