Communication with staff was incredibly convenient. There is a shuttle from Hakuba and the driver greeted me warmly. Upon arrival, staff greeted me at the entrance and at check-in counter. A good ski apt with a nice host.
Host Marcos is really nice...the drive to supermarket is very helpful, the information for skiing is ample. The ski in / out is convenient, only a few steps away from the gondola. Will recommend to friends.
