「Second day saw bedbug and killed it. Reported to front desk. No return call from manager, Yaw, at all. Spent money on laundry and will need to throw away all our luggage. Very disappointed and disgusting」

「I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The property is maintained well.」

「Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Run-Down, and Serious Safety Concerns I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Normal, Illinois. When I checked in, I was informed that the pool had been shut down by the city, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the safety concerns made the experience even worse. As soon as I entered the room, there was a horrible smell, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or...

「浴室的毛巾是发黄的脏的。」

「This place was dirty and very unclean, our keys never worked we had to constantly get them replaced, the showers literally had black mold in them, the sheets and pillow cases had stains all over them, the comforters had cigarette burns in them, overall it just looked like it was not well cleaned or even kept in good condition.」

「非常好」

「Great」

「We enjoyed our stay, the room and property was clean more like an apartment. We stayed during Halloween so there was a party that I don’t think was authorized it hit a little loud and people were in and out but it’s a college town. Eventually it was shutdown and peace was restored. Would stay again!」

「Everything was great!」

「I would like to say that the staff was really nice, however, our room was not clean at all. Our pillows and blood drippings and we had to bring it to their attention which made me question the cleanliness of everything else and made the stay uncomfortable. To spare sheets in the closet for the pullout couch were also very stale smelling and the pullout couch was not a mattress. Just a hard of rock pullout bed. That's as best as I can describe it. If we had stayed more than one night, I would...

「Typical for the brand. Breakfast was basic. Plenty of hot water and I slept well.」
