“The hotel is a bit "faded" but the staff were very kind. They did not speak English and I did not speak Hindi or Gujarati, so it was hard to communicate. I relied on other visitors who helped. Local food is excellent but it would help to have menus with pictures or descriptions of dishes if you intend to serve foreigners. It would help to make suggestions for standard meals such as breakfast, lunch and dinner, also to sell basics at reception such as water or soft drinks. ”

“Not too bad, but the 1st floor restrant's breakfast is very poor. Why I couldn't eat breakfast on the 2nd floor restrant through hotels.com booking ?”

“The entire experience was quite disappointing. The staff was largely unresponsive, and our check-in was delayed by almost an hour. Several amenities were still under construction, which was not communicated beforehand. We had booked the room for three guests, yet basic facilities and amenities were provided for only one person. “This was the worst hotel experience of our lives. The room smelled strongly of smoke as soon as we entered. Bedsheets, pillowcases, and runners were dirty and stained. The sofa had cigarette burns, and there were cigarette butts in the corners of the room. The headboard looked like it had been chewed by rodents and was extremely dirty. “I checked in at morning at 6:30 due to delayed flight , so asked for a bit delay upto 12 for check out . Its flatly denied Although paid for 3 no linen on third mattress . No hot water , over all pathetic for value of money”
