“This property’s advertisement on line looks way better than the actual product. I am usually very generous and relaxed about my lodging so I am not very critical as long as I can have a decent place to stay. This property is the first and only one I have been really disappointed in. Secondly the property has an address of 147 Los Tamarugos . There’s no such number. It’s 149 Los Tamarugos . Thirdly, we arrived at 5pm on a week day, we rang the doorbell for more than 15 minutes while banging……

They provide lunch box and dinner service which is very convenient for us to do a day of Torres de Paine without hunger. We checked in late at almost 11pm due to lago grey excursion and got the tier problem. Denise gave us informative details for solving our problems next day. We had a pleasant stay in Morrena.
