“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”

“The Hotel Singular was simply fantastic in and of itself and for its excellent location! The staff goes above and beyond, from Sergio ensuring I had a very early check-in, to possibly the best massage of my life by Hislamar Medina! There are insufficient words for Martin Torres, the incomparable Concierge who knew and handled everything immediately with a smile! My friend was staying at a big American chain and she said their Concierge was useless: “Thank Goodness we have Martin!!” The lobby and……
