Excellent customer service. Clean comfortable rooms, great breakfast and servers. They were there to make sure all needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was terrible! Couldn’t use the jet tub. Was leaking, so it smelled like wet carpet. Also something sharp sticking through the carpet near the tub. Then the air conditioner started making big noises at 3am. Woke me up and I had to turn it off. Told the guy at the desk when I checked out. All he said was thanks for telling him. Won’t recommend staying there

I already posted about our dirty room with the broken lock between rooms, they moved us to a cleaner room. But this morning, the barking dogs in the hallway woke us up early…and there was no hot water for our shower. Amateur stuff.

Our 4 night stay at this hotel was okay but there were some negative experiences. Our check in clerk was confused and payment was made complicated by her explanations. This carried over with everyone checking in around us. Immediately upon check in our toilet wasn’t working so we were told to just use a washroom in another room overnight then our toilet would be fixed. We asked to move to the other room but it was booked for the next night. After agreeing to move back to the other room the next day after the toilet was fixed we were offered a plunger to go try and fix the toilet ourselves. We don’t work there! The next morning we had a much better experience with the new reception staff who told us to stay in the new room and we didn’t need to move for the 4 days. The hotel is very noisy with many kids. Don’t expect to sleep before midnight or after 7am. The breakfast is great but busy. The pool area was full and the hot tub broke down while we were there due to the overuse by many kids. I love kids but this hotel was chaotic and not relaxing. I rated it higher because i think my experience would have been different based on the staff/guests there. Had a suite booked for our wedding day/day before and brought it up a couple times in conversation hoping for maybe a little special treatment or maybe services such as champaign or rose petals (even for an additional cost wouldve been nice) but recieved nothing but a candy wrapper left on the floor and paper thin walls to hear our neighbors every move. In addition the provided hottub was out of order so the expected relaxing night before wasnt an option. We also went for breakfast the day of our wedding (very good) but was definitely caught off guard as the service staff member came up to just me and rudely asked for my hotel room number. Noone else was asked. I guess hotels dont really go above and beyond anymore for their guests.

Mistakenly number of guest in my reservation. Obviously a 2 queen bed will fit family of 4. But was charge $23.00x2 for my additional family member. Hotel rooms need upgrading. 2 days in a row - many guest waited to have hot food to replenish when run out. Room bathtowels are thin and frayed on edges. Otherwise front desk was pleasant and helpful

The breakfast staff complained about guests and complained about brining food out. There was no view from room only seen air conditioners in the roof. One room smelled like sour milk. Not enough towel for 4 people.
