"The hotel is clean. The room has everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The window can be opened. The hotel was quite calm. Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee. But there is a problem: the kitchen workers do not speak English and it is quite difficult to explain your order. "Generally a super stay. I love this part of Polanco; quiet but blocks from Polanquito! Room well stocked for two people. Bed comfortable and clean. Whole unit was super clean. Checkin simple and 24h guard very helpful. A very good value. The only negative was an absence of hot water on the second day of my stay. Not cold water but barely warm. Message to ULIV went unanswered. Hot water was available the other three mornings. "
