"This hotel should not be classed as 4star, the overall cleanliness and hygiene fall well below standards required for 4Star. Mouldy bathroom, TV hanging off the wall. The room had remnants of the previous guests who had stayed in there before us. Had to ask housekeeping for bathroom mats, hand towels and there was no toilet roll. Basic housekeeping checks not done before our arrival. Shower and taps had mould and green algae. Lobby had mice running between sofa seats! I hope Expedia can...

"The property has a great mix of open space but better availment of these assets need to be informed to guests so that one can enjoy them"
