"The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the location was great. However, we had several days without hot water, there were a couple bugs in the room and I received dozen flea bites in the first couple of days. While the rooms have been upgraded, the hallways have not and the carpets were grungy, and hallways had poor lighting. If cleaning were stepped up and hot water guaranteed we’d stay again. Staff were responsive when asked to change furniture for fleas, but did not communicate hot...

"The stay was subpar. The room had a weird smell when we entered and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was very noisy, heard cars all night every night. Was also charged for a small food stain that could easily be taken out by the laundry team. Scam."

"Location is very good. Center of Phnom Penh. So easy to use Grab. And breakfast also quite nice. Well known problem is, NOISE. Mall side, day to evening time (till 20:00) music noise, street side all day car noise due to the window frame and glasses' quality. Swimming pool and gym are very clean and nice as there's almost no users. Most guests are business or sports players I guess. "
