"This was the perfect little bungalow for our quick family get away! Everything was clean and tidy and the price was unbeatable! My only suggestion would be to add black out curtains to the bedroom windows because the streetlight makes the rooms bright as day! "

"The house is huge and nicely spread out, perfect for our large group. We loved being right on the water with its own little dock. We launched our canoe from there for a peaceful paddle, and the kids had a blast using the crab cage and net the host thoughtfully provided.My bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. I recommend this house! "

"I was sad to leave this beautiful house and wished I could have stayed longer. The house itself is cheerful, very pretty, clean, and has a big yard and an enclosed patio. There is plenty of space to enjoy outside and for the two of us, I felt it was spacious inside, too. The communication was top notch and someone from Seaside Vacations will always be there if you need them. They even included a nice little welcome bag with a dog bowl. There was a book with things to enjoy around Chincoteague. I’m very appreciative of this top notch stay at such a reasonable price. I miss the house, but had to return to work! Would love to have stayed longer. THANK YOU!"

"This house was wonderful! The pictures looked nice online, but the finishes inside and the views from the back porches exceeded our expectations! We could see Assateague Island, the bay, the lighthouse, and beautiful flocks of birds from the porches. The peacefulness of the home and quietness of the area was a highlight for our families. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and utensils for all our cooking needs and beyond. We would be grateful to have a chance to stay in this new house again! "

"We ( family of 5 ) stayed for 3 nights at the property and had a wonderful stay. It was very clean and well maintained - exactly as shown in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised when we got a text to rate the cleanliness of the property ukpon arrival - that was a good idea and we rated it 5 out 5. Fresh sheets and towels were provided in a plastic bag that must have come from the laundry service. There were plenty of plates, cups, glasses and pots & pans. The host was prompt in her responses also.Suggestion for the host:1. Only the bare minimum of supplies were provided - so there were no paper towels or extra toilet paper, trash bags etc. We have stayed at many other properties where we have never experienced this - we feel these could be easily provided.2. The staircase to the 2nd floor is quite steep Neither of these affected us too much and we still had an excellent stay at the property"
