Welcome to Lighthouse Pointe on the ever-popular East Side of Chincoteague Island - our “Little Island by the Sea”. This spectacular Waterfront Townhome has it all - breathtaking Views of the Assateague Channel and Lighthouse, every amenity you could possibly need, a shared Pier for fishing and crabbing, plus dockage for your boat up to 20 feet! As if that weren’t enough, this gorgeous 3 Level home has an amazing location close to popular Veteran’s Memorial Park! Memorial Park offers a fabulous playground, pier for fishing and crabbing, tennis and basketball courts, and a boat launch ideal for launching kayaks, as well as boats!

As you enter Lighthouse Pointe, you’re welcomed by Colors of Sand and Sea, Flooring reminiscent of a stroll on the boardwalk, and a whimsical Coastal Theme. Light, bright, and open, you’ll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day at the Beach, and enjoying Flat Screen TV and Free WiFi. There’s plenty of seating for all, and captivating Water Views right from the sofa! Slip outside to one of three Waterfront Balconies to take in that salty, sweet sea breeze and to just “be” - something we don’t do enough of! Sip your morning coffee while watching Herons, Eagles, and Egrets fish for their morning meal, and you may even see some Dolphins!

The Chef in your family is sure to love the remodeled Kitchen well stocked with all you need. With Stainless Appliances and Solid Surface Countertops, mealtime will be super easy. Dine in the comfort of Central AC, or Al-Fresco on the Waterfront Deck. Not one to cook on Vacation? Not to worry - there are many great dining options nearby.

Lighthouse Pointe seems to go on forever with 2 spacious Levels, and sleeps up to 8 in 3 Bedrooms. Wandering up to the 2nd Level, you’ll find 2 Bedrooms and a Full Bath. Bedroom 1 has a comfy Queen Bed, and a Private Balcony that faces the Assateague Channel. Just imagine slipping out to stargaze while everyone else slumbers. Assateague Light’s beam is both captivating and mesmerizing. Down the Hall, Bedroom 2 has 2 Twins and a fun Lighthouse Theme. Both share a Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

On Level 3, you’ll find the huge Master Bedroom, which sleeps 4! With a Queen Bed and 2 Twin Beds, tons of space, Flat Screen TV, and a Waterfront Balcony you can see forever from, it’s quite the sweet retreat!

Excellent location on the island. Quiet spot with dock access and beautiful, expansive view across the channel - grasses, birds, boats, horses, lighthouse, etc. The house itself is a bit weathered, but has everything you need for a great trip to Chincoteague.

Well-appointed property, beautiful waterfront with multiple decks with breathtaking views. I spent most of my time while in the house on one of the 3 decks enjoying the quiet, the water, wildlife and peace. When not at the house, enjoyed the beach, wildlife preserve, kayaking, dinning on the waterfront bay and shopping on the main street with beautiful artistic shops. Lovely vacation.

Excellent Customer Service, Clean, Location

The entire check in process was smooth sailing. We ended up being there a bit earlier and Seaside Vacations allowed us to check in sooner than we anticipated, which was great. Everything was clean, decorated beautifully, and had a perfect summer vibe. The location was excellent - we were in driving distance of all the things we wanted to do and see. We would definitely stay again.

Great location with unobstructed view of the marsh and lighthouse to the east.

This property is located in a quite area of the island with a beautiful view of the marsh and lighthouse, near the Preserve. Everything in Chincoteague Island is close, within a 5 minute drive. Be advised there are stairs to the bedrooms, and one bedroom is on the 3rd floor. The third floor bedroom has two twin beds and one queen bed with on-suite bathroom. There are lots of supplies and games in just about every closet, but you will need to buy additional paper products, and soap if you have many people, or are staying awhile. You will need to make your own beds too, and plenty of sanitized linens provided at an additional charge. The kitchen is fully stocked, lots of dishes, and even had a couple of large crock pots. There were only to of us, so each had our own bedroom floor! The property is lived in with a couple of minor issues and clean enough. There is a tv on each floor, but we could never figure out how to work any of the 4 remotes except to use the microphone on the Apple remote. Written directions would have been nice. The property manager is very responsive and offered to come over to help us work it, but we were having so much fun in the area that it didn’t matter that much. The townhouse is perfect for 2 people, 2 couples, or families. It felt like home! We would definitely stay here again!

Clear and new

Property was lovely, fresh and clean. Apple TVs in every room which was great and the WiFi was nice and quick. Bed was comfortable and the view of the lighthouse was relaxing. Really enjoyed the stay and look forward to maybe staying here again. Only con is no animals. I wish this could be relaxed a little to allow maybe smaller dogs.

The home is comfortable and easy to live in. Everything you need is here. And the location is spectacular. We watched the sunrise over the marsh each morning and the sunset reflected over the marsh each evening. And could even see ponies across the marsh.

Fabulous Location!

The pictures of this property are true - it's a beautiful location and so easy to access all the fun on Chincoteague Island. The wonderful restaurants (try The Village and Island Creamery) and abundant wildlife make this a dream vacation. About an hour from the Assateague Island it was a beautiful home base for enjoying all the wild horses.

Everything you need is here

We had plenty of room for our family and more!! Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We enjoyed a few games and dvd's to wind down at night as well. Remember 3rd floor bedroom means 2 stairwells!! 2nd floor bathroom tub/shower is loud and can be heard from above. A few nails on 3rd floor balcony could stand to be pounded in walking bear foot they were noticeable. We ordered linens ahead of time and upon arrival did not find them. A call was made and they were delivered within 30 minutes. Woke up to ponies across from us almost every day, the binoculars for viewing were used and appreciated. Every relaxing stay, we love this side of the island.

Wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our stay at Lighthouse Pointe. The view was amazing! It was fascinating to see the landscape change as the tides ebbed and flowed. The moonrise over the water with the lighthouse was gorgeous. It was enjoyable to watch the wildlife from the deck. We enjoyed watching the rocket launch from the deck. The area is very quiet and we slept well each night. The kitchen was well stocked with most anything you would need to cook a meal. The location is close to restaurants and shops. We had a few hiccups but the rental company was very responsive and able to help us.
