"Le descriptif de l'annonce ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité du logement. La photo ne correspond à rien. Personne ne vous annonce que le logement est sûr 2 niveaux, que la chambre et les sanitaires sont au niveau inférieur accessible parmi un escalier étroit et sans sécurité . Mise à disposition d'un jardin, je le cherche encore. Quant à l'arrivée, aucunes consignes transmises par la propriétaire, aucun code d'accès. Merci beaucoup à la voisine d'en face qui disposait des coordonnées...

"cet appartement est très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pieds. Il est très calme. petite précision, c'est un rez-de-jardin avec une dizaine de marches étroites à descendre pour y accéder. nous avons eu quelques problèmes de stationnement à l'arrivée et au départ car les parkings à proximité étaient complets. Autre point relevé qui concerne le canapé-lit du salon. Ce n'est pas un couchage pour 2 personnes comme mentionné mais un petit lit d'appoint ."

"I needed self contained accommodation with some outside space in Saumur that was also close to major stores. Suzel's apartment provided that with a Lidl almost next door and an Intermarché Hypermarché a short drive. The kitchen diner was well equipped and I appreciated the gas hob. Bedroom was a good size and the plant life outside helped keep the apartment cooler with outside temperatures in the 30's. Suzel's a very pleasant lady. I was able to park my car in a convenient space on the road...
