「The house is large - room for everyone. We liked the layout- two dining areas & three sitting areas. 4 full bathrooms. One thing to know- all the bedrooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floor. We liked being close to the beach & being on the northern most point of the boardwalk. The house was very clean & modernized.」

「Great location for walking anywhere in town, including river walk. Fun to have all the brewpubs and maritime museum within about 3 blocks. Host was attentive and friendly. 」

「The place was amazing. It was so close to down town Seaside. It was clean and my kids enjoyed the hot tub and the other ammenities. We would totally stay there again.」

「We saw reviews about the carpet being stained and it was. And it did have a slight odor of dog. But we really liked the house. It was clean, had all we needed and the location was a very short walk to the ocean. Easy check in, and perfect for our family to vacation」

「Second time at this location and all of the family members were impressed (4 brothers and 3 wives). The updated (since first visit) two main bedrooms was very impressive and made stay even more enjoyable. The location works well for visiting nearby cities and provides an enjoyable stay at the beach. Yes, we did see elk and will plan to return again.」

「The house is really large with plenty of space to sit and relax. Lots of board games, puzzles, and a foosball table. It’s also ridiculously close to the beach. You can very easily walk and it’s a quieter beach than the others further north up the coast. The house has everything needed to enjoy a comfortable time, including a small collection of sand toys for the kids. 「This old fashioned beach cabin has 21st century amenities and recent updates which make it a really fun place to stay. It is close to town in a residential neighborhood…just close enough to the action without being too close! I would stay here again.」
