"Walk uphill at end of day after sailing was a grind. Self imposed as the hotel offered shuttles at various times. Could not have been more helpful but you have to be prepared for very Japanese experience. Try the restaurant in the hotel. Not well advertised but very attentive waiter. "

"Great dinner and breakfast. Enomous amount of food, including steak, lobster, fish, pork, rice, soup, dessert. Roof top onsen has a great view. The hotel is also walk distance to a famous sunset viewing spot. The room is a little bit old but clean and nice."

"The room was large and had comfortable beds. The room was really warm though. Also there is no shower or bath in the room. It is only community bath so you should be aware of it. The staff was all really kind though. "

"My wife and I had beautiful time visiting Tennomaru. The hotel staff were polite, considerate and treated us with respect during our stay. I recommend all of my friends who visit Japan to make the trip down to Aichi and experience this special place. Come here and you won't be disappointed!"

"Beautiful views over the Pacific Ocean in the open air onsen, would definitely recommend for that alone. Easily accessible by train from Nagoya city centre, however the train station has one bus (and no taxi stand) to the resort every couple of hours so organise ahead. For foreign tourists; the staff speak little English but try to be helpful!"

"The hotel was a perfect Japanese style accommodation. The hotel staff did not speak a lot of English, but we were able to make it through. The building was clean and well kept. Very few amenities and has a shared shower room. Overall a good experience."

"当日３時に予約をいれましたが、すぐにお部屋を準備していただきました。とても気持ちよく対応していただきました。露天風呂は入れ替え制でどちらもGOOD！また行きたいですな。"

"建物が古いせいもあり、館内が大変寒かったです。物理的な問題なので仕方ないかなとは思いました。スタッフの方の対応、サービスはとてもよかったです。ロビー、お部屋からの眺望は最高でした。特にサンセットは感動しました。時間が掲示されていたのも親切でした。"

"夜８時ころチェックインしましたが、このホテル以外に周りには明かりがほとんどなく、海辺に静かに建っているホテルでした。シーンとした雰囲気がとても良かったです。部屋の階のエレベーター脇に喫煙所があり、いまどき分煙もしてないことに驚きました…。お風呂は広かったですけど、温泉としてはどうなの？と思いました。朝食はまさに旅館の朝ごはんって感じでした。美味しかったです。"

"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."

便利なホテル

"大変気持ちよく過ごせました。時々いつもお願いしているリクエストが忘れられるのですが、今回はいつものリクエストを事前に準備していただいていました。大変便利な場所にあるので、リニア工事のために来年閉館になるのが残念です。便利でスタッフさんの対応もよいので閉館までしっかり利用させていただきます。これからもよろしくお願いします。"
