“Property was very clean and staff were helpful.”

“Really comfortable beds. Excellent location In North Bay. Great staff. Decent breakfast typical breakfast fare. Just had a little issue with the soap in the shower squirting into my eyeball. It was positioned at eyeball height, unfortunately, but otherwise it was an excellent stay.”

“Everything was perfect. Quite and clean rooms. Only thing is they should have a vending machine for detergent in laundry room.”

“Small hotel, priced right, everything worked as it should wonderful owner , Clean , Not poshy, everything wirkedcrr well, fridge With freezer made ice, little coffees pot worked great, iron with ironing board, excellent pressure in the shower My point is sometimes you pay big money at a big hotel and half the stuff doesn’t work or they haven’t changed the bedsheets. This place was not pushy but very well maintained very well. Kept fresh sheets. Everything worked good shower pressure……

“My husband said thank God I was too sick to attend the event we were going to. He was there by himself. the room stunk and had mosquitoes. When he mentioned it they gave him the air freshener and bug spray to do it himself. ! The key didn't work and the response was they were having issues and had to get new locks. Looked like it was out of the 1930's. He asked for a discount because only he was there plus not great accommodation. Flat no was the response. They knew everything in the area was……

“Breakfast menu was somewhat poor with very limited choices. It could be improved with adding several common menu. Room lighting wasn’t adequate, needs to be improved.”

“I booked 2 rooms for 1 night, June 25/26. I had stayed at this property before a couple of years ago. I found the property very different this time. The windows had no shade or drapes, just a sheer panel that you could see through. The bathrooms are old, the tub had rust all round it and the toilet was so small it looked like it was for a child. My son slept in the one room and he couldn't sleep because the sheets were washed with something that made him itchy all night. I had emailed the……

“You have a prime location in North Bay that you could really take advantage of, unfortunately the establishment is in dire need of modern updates. We will not return, unless renovations happen, and pride of ownership improves.”
