Not in the city centre but it is accessible. Quiet area with a supermarket a few steps away from the front door. Ate twice in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient, happy to order taxis for transportation to overcome the language barrier. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Strong wifi in the communal area. Only downside is we left for an overnight trip and left an item of clothing in the wardrobe - our oversight - which was gone when we returned. Removed by either the cleaning staff or the next guest. So if you see someone wearing a Crusaders rugby jersey around Chișinău you know where it came from!

Poor cleanliness and noisy room

Arrived at the hotel at 6pm and asked about using the sauna. The receptionist advised that's it's full and would need to book in advance. We apparently booked an economy room which was located on the basement level. Room looked good but unfortunately got affected bad by allergies. Upon checking the ac unit I realised it was full of dirt which was filtering through the air. Would have expected given the good reviews this hotel has that the ac unit would be cleaned especially in basement rooms with limited airflow. At 7am the cleaners started making noose in the corridor an woke up everyone. Breakfast was good and made to order

Il soggiorno è stato molto comodo sia per la posizione che per la stanza. Nota favorevole una ragazza della reception parlava italiano perfettamente. Inoltre la struttura è a due passi dalla Romanita di epoca sovietica. Consigliato anche per il ristorante ottimo!
