"Convenient and easy to get to the airport, large rooms although the light switches were a bit difficult to find (kitchen one was hidden behind a microwave!). Kitchen and Bathroom/laundry was modern but bathroom entrance was a bit tight on space. Overall would recommend if you have a car as a stopover"

"It was a nightmare registering in because there is no one there to admit you to the hotel. There is no phone number even on the website. We arrived at the entrance, unlit, during the night. "Check in is by iPad and only in Japanese- I had to ask someone to call a local number for help checking in. (I am an English speaker and had no access to phone) staff spoke English but were not helpful as I had issues checking in. It was late. The location is not ideal though the place once you figure it out is comfortable. "
