"The location is superb! We loved to be able to walk around the area and find everything that we needed from shops to restaurants to many bus stops. The staff was amazing, very well trained in hospitality!"

"The hotel's service and condition was excellent. Staffs were very attentive and friendly. We stayed a night here as we had an early flight to catch. The kaiseki restaurant was good, a must try. I highly recommend staying here. Beds are comfy and the room was very spacious."

"It is very close to Sapporo Station which is convenient for coming in and out of the city from Chitose Airport and commuting around the city. The property is clean with a more than sufficient amenities. The only problem I had was the smell of diesel on the 1st and 2nd floor, which was off-putting."

"This is from my twelve year old daughter: The Spa was very chill and relaxing. The Sauna was very hot and enjoyable, while the cold bath was refreshing. I think it is a great place for a vacation. I highly recommend it."
