"Nice big clean room and friendly staff "

"The check in kiosk wouldn’t take the credit card, wasn’t reading the chip. So I had to check in person, could barely hear the receptionist. The bed was all springs, basically a pull out couch bed. Most uncomfortable night I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. "

"Unfortunately our room was dirty the was staining all over the couch and the shower floors had hair."

"Clean and very large room. Great location for Syracuse and the Armory. Check in and parking were easy. Breakfast had something for everyone. Staff was very helpful and kind. We will be back."

"Beautiful older hotel The young lady checking us in was superb at her job, can t remember her name😞 Clean rooms, beds could be softer Irish Pub downstairs very good service at bar with great wings"

"The property is wrecking of smoke. It is unclean and not well maintained. The room condition was subpar. The bathtub was not clean. There’s a hole in the wall near the tub from water damage. The shower curtain is unclean with build up. I could not see out of the window due to dirt and condensation build up. There was no remote to the tv. The bedsheets wrecked of smoke. "
